AMCL was founded in 1975 as a joint venture company of ACC ltd & Leonh Herbert Machinfabrik (Thyssen group company), Germany, with 74% stake of ACC. In 1995 ACC bought over 26% equity from Leonh Herbert and AMCL become wholly owned subsidiary of ACC.
In March, 2008 HNGIL (Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited) purchased 100% share of AMCL with a vision of entering in the engineering business.
AMCL Machinery Ltd. is an ISO 9001 - 2015 [ISO] registered company is in the business of design, manufacturing, supply & installation of Vertical Roller Pre-Grinding Mill, Tri - Lobe Blowers.
